Refund policy

By placing an order you personally guarantee payment

Should for any reason the payment be declined or reversed which includes Credit Card Charge backs you irrevocably agree that you will be personally liable for all costs associated with the collection of the payment, this includes but is not limited to:

• Debt Collection Costs
• Interest at 22% per annum
• Fees charged by providers such as banks
• Time charges at $40+ GST per Hour for our time
• Any other reasonable costs

Should we accept cancelling an order before shipment, the following apply

All refunds incur a $50 plus 1% to 4% fee depending on payment method + GST fee

This is due to Shopify and Credit Card companies charging us regardless

1% is Bank Transfer so Shopify only and 4% is Shopify plus Credit Card

All purchases are non-refundable or returnable. Warranty issues aside.
