We’re looking for the right people to work with us — not salespeople, but genuine individuals who care about the outdoors and the clients they serve.

What we look for:

• Experience in night hunting — or at least a real willingness to learn.

• Commitment to your clients — you should be ready to look after them properly.

• Good listening skills — understand what your clients need and offer advice that really helps.

• Hands-on approach — be confident in demonstrating and using our products yourself.

• The right network — ideally you already have clients or a business model that aligns with our products.

What we don’t require:

• A physical shop or storefront.

• Traditional “sales” people — we value authenticity over hard selling.
