Shipping

General

We ship with Post Haste Couriers 2 to 3 times per week.

Post Haste will also send a tracking email

Packages should be inspected immediately and any damage reported to the delivery driver and us

All items are sent as must be signed for - if you agree to an authority to leave, this is TOTALLY at your risk after delivery

PO Boxes

Items sent to a PO Box can take up to 5 working days longer as we have to drive to a Post Shop to do this

Standard Addresses

If you have specific shipping requirements you need to call us before placing the order

Rural Addresses

NZ Post Rural Delivery doesn't allow for Signature Delivered Packages

They may in fact leave it in your letterbox!

Any parcel sent to a Rural Address isn't covered by Insurance after delivery other than what your NZ Post Rural Contract Allows for

Which is generally a maximum of $2,000 only

By placing the order with us and giving a rural address you accept the potential liability loss if something happens to the package AFTER DELIVERY

If you don't want that issue, please arrange a more suitable address
